Brief Introduction
The quantitative filling and packaging scale machine is mainly composed of four parts: automatic weighing, conveying equipment, bag sealing equipment and computer control. Features:
1. This unit is specially designed for ultrafine powdery materials, with unique structure, accurate weighing, and stable reliability;
2. The weighing control system is controlled centrally by Canada controller and is designed according to IP54 (dustproof and waterproof) requirement;
3. This unit consists of fully automatic weighing machine (including bag clamp mechanism), conveyor, bag sewing machine and automatic control cabinet;
4. The mechanical section is fed by horizontal double auger with independent metering and dedusting mechanism, fast metering speed and high accuracy
Procedure
The material will enter the gravity feeder through the feeding part (connecting hopper), and then enter the weighing hopper. The weighing hopper is equipped with 3 weighing sensors for manually transporting the weighed bags to the bag holder of the packaging machine. The device and touch the sensor, the bag will be automatically clamped, the completed weighing material will be discharged into the bag, release the bag, transfer it to the sewing machine, and close the bag by sewing
