General Description

Description of functional modules
Functional modules include (Fig. 1):
1. Storage silo: used for short-time storage of material in order to ensure interrupted supply of material to the packaging machine.
2. 25-50KG double-head weighing machine: quantitative metering and supply.
3. Working platform: used for equipment inspection and maintenance.
4. Fast bag feed automatic packaging machine: completes automatic packaging process, including: automatic bag feed, bag clamp and opening, filling, metering, bag mouth unscrambling, bag holding and conveying;
5. Seam sealing machine: stitching, rubber covering and adhesion of packaging bag mouth.
6. Finished product conveyor: automatically outputs already packaged finished bags.

Service Environment
It shall be avoided to use the machine in the working environment where there is corrosive, combustible gas or heavy powdery dust, it shall be avoided to use the machine in the place with temperature over 40℃, and shall be avoided to use it in the place with too high relative ambient humidity (>85%HR).
Machine Feature
High speed weighing scale.
Bag-clamping movement and discharge gate are using two independent systems which make the bag clamping more stable
Using the big finger cylinder can make sure the bag mouth to be smooth.
It adopts plastic chain plate conveyor belt, gear meshing transmission, which is not easy to slip and deflect; the conveyor belt and the upper guide bag mechanism adopt mechanical linkage to ensure the synchronization of the conveying process.
All the major motoring are using servo motors. It’s very easy to adjust for different packing specifications, no need manual adjustment.

* Machine packing inside is plastic films and outside is fumigation wooden case.
* And machine with preservative film, it can stop the salt sea water enter into the machine and make the machine corrosion.
