Application

It is a fully automatic high-speed bagging machine, automatic weighing and filling machine, Automatic granule packing machine for 10-25kg open-mouth woven PP and paper bags.

It is distinguished by its outstanding speed and reliability as well as its high flexibility to work with all kinds of bag types and materials. Due to its technical maturity and several patented modules, the bagging system has become one of the most reliable packaging machines in the world. The bagging machine has been therefore installed in many different industries for packaging products like plastic pellets, animal feed, corn, seed, beans, lentils, sugar, rice, and so on.

Each Parts Introduction

1. Weighing Machine: The part in contact with the material is made of 304 SS, other parts use carbon steel which sprayed with plastic. Metering speed: weighing controller and sensor, reserved for dust removal interface.
2. Empty bag storage: The part in contact with the material is made of 304 SS, other parts use carbon steel which sprayed with plastic. Electric power, reducer motor system.
3. Bag upper unit and Bag holding & guide unit: Delta servo drive system
4. Whole control cabinet: Self-developed patent system, widely used in automatic packaging machines, and gained a good reputation. Germany Siemens PLC control system and software system, France Schneider Electric and other high-end configurations. Germany Sick photoelectric control system, wire and cable and bridge wiring.
5. Bag sewing machine / Heat sealing machine: suitable for open mouth bag of woven bag, plastic bag, paper bag etc.
6. Stand-up bag conveyor: Made of carbon steel + PVC belt + stainless steel baffle guardrail, reducer motor system, Germany Sick photoelectric control system, etc.
7. Platform, guardrail, ladder: Carbon steel spray

Machine Features

Double working station bag giving system. 100-300 bags can be stored.

There are detectors for alarm if either of working station’s bags are finished.

There is air pressure detecting device in the process of picking up the bag, opening the bag, clamping the bag and filling the bag. Unqualified bags will be kicked out automatically without stopping the working.

High speed weighing scale.

Bag-clamping movement and discharge gate are using two independent systems which make the bag clamping more stable

Functional modules include

1.Storage silo: used for short-time storage of material in order to ensure interrupted supply of material to the packaging machine.

2. 25-50KG double-head weighing machine: quantitative metering and supply.

3. Working platform: used for equipment inspection and maintenance.

4. Fast bag feed automatic packaging machine: completes automatic packaging process, including: automatic bag feed, bag clamp and opening, filling, metering, bag mouth unscrambling, bag holding and conveying;

5. Seam sealing machine: stitching, rubber covering and adhesion of packaging bag mouth.

6. Finished product conveyor: automatically outputs already packaged finished bags.
