Introduction
After the empty pallet is transported to the heavy pallet conveyor, the empty pallet is detected by photoelectricity, and the signal is transmitted to the PLC. The PLC drives the solenoid valve to act, the cylinder lifts the pallet limit plate, locates the empty pallet, and the palletizer begins to stack.
Gravity Conveyors increase productivity packages along production lines and through shipping and storage areas without employees needing to move between workstations and they help to prevent injuries moving heavy and large quantities of packages without workers lifting and carrying them.
