- Heavy bag granule automatic high-speed packaging machine is a new type of packaging machine, which is developed for the packaging of large bag granule materials in chemical, feed, grain, seed and other industries. It has functions of automatic weighing, automatic bagging, automatic filling, automatic package delivery and automatic sealing. It can work with various granular and sheet materials and equipment to realize the production of large-scale packaging and heavy-bag packaging.

Description of functional modules
Functional modules include
1.Storage silo: used for short-time storage of material in order to ensure interrupted supply of material to the packaging machine.
2. 25-50KG double-head weighing machine: quantitative metering and supply.
3. Working platform: used for equipment inspection and maintenance.
4. Fast bag feed automatic packaging machine: completes automatic packaging process, including: automatic bag feed, bag clamp and opening, filling, metering, bag mouth unscrambling, bag holding and conveying;
Main Features
1. The machine unit line adopts famous brand electrical parts like Mettler Toledo load cell / Banner Vacuum Generator / SMC Valve / Siemens PLC & Touch Screen etc. To ensure good machine performance for customer;
2.The main packing machine shall be equipped with safe door and the robot hand shall be equipped with safety guard to ensure the worker’s safety;
3. The whole machine line shall build up a controlling cabinet for the connecting of all the machine lines;
4. The whole machine line just require one to two person for operating & normal checking which greatly save the labor cost for the customer and increase the production efficiency
Service Environment
It shall be avoided to use the machine in the working environment where there is corrosive, combustible gas or heavy powdery dust, it shall be avoided to use the machine in the place with temperature over 40℃, and shall be avoided to use it in the place with too high relative ambient humidity (>85%HR).

Notice: please do not change any part on the machine;
Notice: use specified supply voltage, this machine adopts single-phase 3-wire (AC380V, 50Hz), it shall be avoided to roll press the power line and the power line shall be rolled with hands when it is not used;
Notice: please keep the equipment clean inside and outside and avoid moisture;
Notice: before formal startup, be sure to confirm that each switch parameter operates normally, otherwise, the equipment may be damaged;
