Single Or Double Line Pallet Magazine Equipped With Palletizing Robot Line In Medicine Industry
Introduction
Workers put the empty pallet into the pallet magazine with a forklift. When one pallet is full stacked, the palletizing conveyor conveys it to the forklift conveyor. At the same time, the cylinder below the pallet magazine is controlled by the middle-sealing solenoid valve to lift the pallet in the magazine and release one pallet at a time. This pallet will be transported to the palletizing conveyor. Such repeated cycles can effectively save the number of pallets placed and also ensure the safety of the operation.

Drive
Standard conveyor is equipped with high quality reducer motor. Configuration position, output revolution and power etc of reducer motor are determined by working condition. Motor power depends on loading, conveyor speed and length etc. Common motor power can be 0.25, 0.37, 0.55, 0.75, 1.1, 1.5, 2.2 kw.
